原料
生豬皮, 泡辣椒 一小瓶, 花椒, 八角 一個, 干紅辣椒, 鹽, 白糖, 白醋, 料酒
步驟
1豬皮洗凈,用刀颳去豬皮上殘留的污物,有豬毛的話一定要用鑷子把它聶乾淨,然後再用清水沖洗一遍

2鍋內放水,放豬皮

7豬皮撈出放盆中,稍微晾涼

8用刀颳去豬皮上殘留的肥豬肉,然後再用溫水沖乾淨

9鍋內放大概一飯碗水的量
