35 用鍋鏟壓扁小土豆,小火將小土豆兩面煎至表皮金黃帶脆即可 另下1湯匙植物油,爆香餘下的蒜蓉和一半朝天椒圈

47 然後倒入煎香的土豆 調小火,撒入辣椒粉
