4鍋預熱,刷一層薄油就行防粘,舀一勺麵糊晃動鍋子,也可以用勺子底部把麵糊攤勻,有竹蜻蜓最好了,我沒有?不管用什麼方法,總之把麵糊攤勻就行,敲個雞蛋在裡面

5撒上蔥花,芝麻,好看,香凝固後小心些翻面,會顛鍋的省力多了,直接飛起翻過來(我的一張傲嬌的臉)?
