原料

蛋黃: 3顆, 煉乳: 150ml, 奶油: 240ml, 椰粉: 50ml, 糖粉: 100ml, 糖: 50ml

步驟

1把奶油打發過頭,成豆腐渣狀;

2混合糖粉、椰子粉,用打蛋器打發成濃稠奶油狀;

3蛋黃加煉乳攪拌均勻;

4與攪拌好的奶油混合;

5放入麵包粉,烤箱180度25分鐘。
