豬肉末: 750克, 青椒,指天椒: 四至五個青椒, 指天椒適量, 榨菜: 兩個, 蒜蓉: 少許, 生抽: 適量
步驟
1豬肉洗凈,切塊,剁成肉末備用.

2榨菜切片、切絲、再切成丁,用乾淨的炒鍋將榨菜烘乾水份備用。

3肉末調入少許鹽攪拌均勻備用.
