1材料:淡奶油用的是歐德堡的,牛奶是伊利的純牛奶,魚膠粉是舒可曼的

2先將芒果切開兩邊,取一邊按田字紋路切開,頂起皮成圖片那樣

6隔冰水把淡奶油用打蛋器打至八分發

7把淡奶油換換倒入攤涼的牛奶魚膠粉溶液中,攪拌均勻做成奶油混合液
