1將草魚去鱗,洗凈,片片

2將蔥,姜,蒜,青椒,紅椒剁碎

3在鍋中倒入適量清油,等油熱後先將魚倒入鍋中翻炒,隨後倒入酸菜魚料包,只需酸菜部分,期間依次放鹽,白鬍椒,白醋,味極鮮,最後倒入開水煮大約5-8分鐘

4將青椒沫,剁椒,蒜沫,蔥沫放在盛出來的燙上,再撒上白芝麻,切記攪拌
