原料
綠豆澱粉: 100克, 蒜泥: 5克, 味精: 3克, 醬油: 5毫升, 醋: 2勺, 味精: 少許
步驟
1將綠豆澱粉加水調勻後,慢慢地倒入沸水鍋中,改小火慢慢煮,邊煮邊不斷攪動(圖1~圖3)。

4將鍋中粉漿煮至呈完全變透明並伴有小泡泡騰狀,起鍋倒入方形器皿中,並置於涼水中浸涼、凝固,或放入冰箱快速冷凝(圖4)
