13蓋上鍋蓋 大火煮

14收汁 記住收汁的時候用鏟子不斷翻動 可以使菜更入味,儘可能把汁收干

小技巧
最好用不粘鍋 因為土豆里的澱粉含量高 最後收汁時容易糊 木耳如果想吃粉點(軟 爛)的話,可以提前泡發,也可以多加水,燉的久一點
