1毛瓜仔(節瓜)去皮、沖洗乾淨,切塊;

7轉小火煲20分鐘;

8在煲毛瓜仔(節瓜)湯的同時,將買回來的(已宰殺好的)鯪魚清洗乾淨,斬塊;熱鍋放油,用小火將鯪魚煎至每一面均為微金黃色;

9將煲好的毛瓜仔(節瓜)湯加入煎魚的鍋內;

鯪魚比較多骨,煲好湯後我會將煲湯的鯪魚與毛瓜仔(節瓜)先撈起,湯用乾淨的過濾網過濾兩次才喝哦!
