2取蛋黃放在乾淨無水無油的盆中,加入3匙冷水

3鍋放火上,裡面倒入適量的冷水

5雞蛋液被打發均勻,且表面出現大量氣泡,繼續攪拌雞蛋液

6氣泡逐漸消失,蛋液開始逐漸變稠
