artichoke hearts: 1 can, chopped spinach: 兩三把, cream cheese: 1 block (8oz) or so, minced garlic: 三四辦, chopped onion: 1/4 cup, diced ham/ sausage: 1/4 cup, puff pastry: 一盒就夠做18個左右, butter: 1 tbsp, beat egg: 1, lining paper: for muffin tin, parmesan cheese, Rose Mary/dill/other herbs: for topping
1中火熱鍋 加黃油
2蒜頭跟洋蔥一起下去炒比較不會焦 炒出香味
3加切好的菠菜攪一攪 順便drain artichoke can 然後切小一點
4加artichoke再加ham 或是其他肉炒一下
5不吝嗇地加入cream cheese 後炒,味見一下鹹度,不夠或者太酸的話加一點garlic salt
6切puff pastry成方塊 and line muffin tin with muffin papers
7Line
8放filling
9刷蛋液才會亮亮的
10加一點parmesan cheese跟 dill或是 rose marry on top 後入烤箱400華氏 15-20分
11趁熱吃才會脆 而且要儘快從tin拿出來才不會變軟
Artichoke會酸 要酌量使用。邊taste邊調食材 Cream cheese 也記得要放室溫50分左右才開始做
