Cranberry Bran Muffins

原料

milk-牛奶: 1 c-235 ml, agave nectar-龍舌蘭蜜: 1/4 c, molasses-糖蜜: 1/4 c, canola oil-菜籽油: 1/4 c, eggs-雞蛋: 2 large, whole wheat pastry flour-全麥麵粉: 1 c-160 g, oat bran-燕麥: 1 c, wheat germ-小麥胚芽: 1/2 c, baking powder-泡打粉: 1 tsp, ground cinnamon-肉桂粉: 1 tsp, dried cranberries-蔓越莓干: 1 and 1/4 c

步驟

1Preheat oven to 375°F.(190攝氏度)

2Add milk, agave nectar, molasses, oil, and eggs to FourSide or WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and select "Batter."

3Add flour, oat bran, wheat germ, baking powder, and cinnamon to jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 4–6 times or until dry ingredients are incorporated; do not overblend.

4Add cranberries to jar, and incorporate with spoon or spatula. Allow batter to sit a few minutes.

5Meanwhile, grease muffin tin or line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Pour batter into muffin tin, and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
