雞蛋 eggs: 4, 牛奶 milk: 200 g, 麵粉 flour: 200 g
1Mix 200g flour: 200ml milk (1:1 ratio) with 4 eggs.
2Let stand in fridge for 2 hrs (while you roast that lovely beef joint to medium rare!)
3Place in oven at 170C with part cooked potatoes (which crisp) for 30min. - during this time that roasted beef rests to achieve perfect finish without bleeding.
