原料
雞肉: 500克 (一整隻雞), 醬油: 適量, 食用油: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 白糖: 適量, 蒜頭: 適量, 姜: 適量, 九層塔: 適量
步驟
1準備好所有材料,雞肉切成塊;

2鍋里倒入食用油,加熱後轉小火,倒入白糖,要不斷攪拌以免糖過度焦糊;

3放入薑片和大量蒜頭;(姜切片,蒜頭要完整不切不拍碎)

4炒出香味後倒入雞肉翻炒上色;

5倒入料酒和醬油,翻炒均勻;

6蓋上鍋蓋中火燜煮約10分鐘;

7中間要翻一兩次,讓所有雞肉都入味;

8用筷子插入雞肉,如果能輕鬆穿入表示已經熟了,當然也可以直接嘗一塊: );雞肉熟了之後,加入九層塔,稍微翻炒,讓九層塔的香味出來;
