12帶水開,盛出半碗湯放入提前備好的蒜末蔥碗里,再放些陳醋(也可不放,我山西人,超愛吃醋)放點香油

13把麵條均勻的平鋪在菜上

14蓋鍋蓋,中大火悶大概十二分鐘左右,(後幾分鐘隨時觀察湯汁,基本豆角熟了,汁也收的差不多了)

15關火,把加入蔥蒜的湯汁澆在面上

小技巧
剛開始做不好掌握水量怕糊鍋,就提前把面蒸熟,放入已經炒好的菜里,再稍微蒸幾分鐘,拌勻即可。
