原料
茄子: 1個, 蚝油: 1勺, 油: 適量, 海鮮醬油: 2勺, 蒜: 6瓣, 鹽: 適量, 青尖椒(小): 2個, 紅尖椒(小): 1個, 孜然: 適量
步驟
1茄子洗凈晾乾,對切擺盤備用,並將油順著劃開的切口滴入(因為茄子吃油,所以我放的比較多,這樣應該很好吃哦?)
