小技巧
煎魚的鍋一定要洗乾淨,為防止沾皮,可以用姜擦下鍋內再放油,我今天直接就放油了,魚剛下鍋不要立馬翻面,要不然會破皮,待魚皮成型了再翻面,還有熱水下鍋也不要立馬用鍋鏟去動魚,待水沸騰了輕輕晃動鍋即可 雖然只放了蔥姜,但魚很鮮很好吃,完全沒有腥味
