南瓜: 500g, 小洋蔥: 兩個, 牛奶: 適量或不用, 奶油: 適量或不用, 油: 少許, 鹽: 少許, 黑胡椒: 少許
步驟
1南瓜洗凈去籽(因為我帶皮吃,所以用鹽洗了表面)

2切成塊放到水裡煮

3煮大概10-15分鐘

4煮南瓜的同時,將洋蔥切成小塊

5鍋中放少許油,把洋蔥炒至透明狀

6南瓜煮完,將水濾去或留少許水,把炒好的洋蔥放進鍋內

7用料理機把洋蔥和南瓜打成糊,過於濃稠時可加入牛奶和奶油。

8加適量黑胡椒
