2核桃仁放無水無油的鍋內,小火炒一會斷生,倒出裝盤備用~

3鍋內倒入冰糖,蜂蜜,清水轉小火熬制~ 用鏟子敲碎冰糖,幫助融化~ 剛開始出現微黃色,大泡泡~ 熬制一會就變成密集的淺琥珀色~

4倒入核桃仁~ 快速翻拌均勻,糖稀將核桃仁沾均勻~ 盛出裝盤備用~

5另起一鍋倒入適量植物油,倒入核桃仁,轉小火炸至~ 不時用勺子推動,炸的均勻~ 炸至酥脆即可~ 盛出裝盤控油(炸至核桃,一會就好了,切記不要時間長,以免炸糊啦)~
