4土豆洗凈去皮放案板上,切成1厘米的條狀,放入水中泡至一會洗去多餘的澱粉,裝盤控水備用~

5鍋內倒適量油,待油溫熱放入肉片,炒至發白~ 放入蒜片,炒出香味~ 倒入土豆條,煸炒一會~ 在倒入芹菜段~
