7義大利面折短一點(這樣更適合小朋友吃)

8鍋內水燒開,加鹽和少許油,放入意面煮開後,轉中火繼續煮至意面中間沒有白芯(意面比較難入味,事先加鹽煮會更入味,油是防粘的)

9煮好的意面用冷水沖洗一下並瀝干(這樣口感會好一些,不沖也可以)
