麵粉: 適量, 小雞腿: 6根, 土豆: 2個, 胡蘿蔔: 1根, 青椒: 2個, 干紅辣椒: 10隻, 大蔥: 1根, 白糖: 5勺, 姜: 6片, 大蒜末: 8頭, 啤酒: 1聽, 花椒: 10粒, 廚邦醬油: 5勺, 鹽: 適量
步驟
1用涼水和面,加少許的鹽,和好後醒30分鐘左右

2把雞腿放入涼水中開始抄水,等水沸騰後,撈起雞腿備用

3炒糖色兒,待油快熱的時候倒入糖,太早放雞腿會很甜,放晚了又會焦,所以炒糖的時機特別重要!
