Vieiras en salsa de cava(scallops with cava sauce)

原料

扇貝(去殼): 20個, 黃油: 60g, 紅蔥頭切碎: 2tbs, Cava(或用白葡萄酒代替): 375ml, 淡奶油: 250ml, 檸檬汁: 3tbs, 歐芹碎: 1tbs

步驟

1鍋中融化黃油,放入扇貝肉,兩面各煎1min。取出扇貝

2鍋中加入紅蔥頭,直至軟化。加入cava煮6mins。

3加入淡奶油煮10mins(呈sauce狀)。加入檸檬汁,調味。

4扇貝肉放回3。撒上歐芹碎。
