照顾小盆友的口味,虾仁一般清炒,最多也就加点蕃茄酱。这次想换换口味,加了一小勺香辣豆豉酱,味道出乎意料的好,儿子很喜欢。豆豉酱加的并不多,所以成品不辣,但味道很丰富。喜欢吃辣的童鞋,多加些豆豉酱就可以了,绝对是一道很有味的佳肴!
原料
基围虾, 胡萝卜, 青蒜, 姜片, 豆豉酱, 料酒, 生抽, 老抽, 糖
步骤
1基围虾去头去壳去虾线,背面剖开并洗净沥干

2青蒜蒜白和叶子分别切斜段

4油锅姜片爆香

5倒入虾仁翻炒至变色。(虾仁变色即可盛出,保持鲜嫩口感)

6另起油锅,倒入蒜白爆香

8调入一勺豆豉酱炒匀

9虾仁重新入锅,加料酒,生抽,老抽和糖炒匀即可。(豆豉酱和酱油都有咸度,根据口味决定加不加盐。)
