瘦肉 100g 切片, 木耳 50g 提前半泡发去根洗净, 鸡蛋 2个, 黄瓜 1根, 胡萝卜 适量, 生抽酱油 1茶勺, 料酒 1茶勺, 植物油 1茶勺, 葱、姜 适量, 油、盐 适量
1准备食材
2把肉用料酒、酱油、植物油淹10-15分钟。
3鸡蛋炒熟备用。
