小技巧
1、鸡胸肉可以先片薄片,再煮,这样子容易熟哈,也不会煮了半天里面生的,外边老了。 2、平时做虾菜的时候,我都喜欢熬点虾油,每次都不多,大热天很有用哈,凉拌菜的时候放点鲜美啊
