低筋面粉 265克, 酸奶 250克, 软化黄油 165克, 糖粉 150克, 糖 60克, 香草精 2小勺, 鸡蛋 3个, 泡打粉 3克, 速溶咖啡粉 2袋, 蛋清 30克, 糖粉 129克, 黄油 60克, 翻糖膏, 干佩斯, 模具, 蜂蜜 或朗姆酒
步骤
1在模具内表面涂抹一层黄油

2将面粉均匀的裹在上面,再倒出多余的面粉

11将芭比娃娃的身子用锡纸包好,再将手和头用保鲜袋套上

小技巧
1.做蛋糕时应提前将模具处理好,先抹上一层黄油后倒入些粉,让它们均匀的粘在模具内表面,再将多余的粉倒出,这样就能很方便最后脱模; 2.方子给的是一个8寸的量,虽然上面是个6寸的,但这芭比娃娃的腿确实是很长,就连两个到她的腰都很困难,所以宁愿多点,总比少好; 3.做芭比第一个重点在于将两个蛋糕叠加后要修剪好蛋糕体,让它能有完美的曲线,这要慢慢地做,多做几次就好; 4.做芭比娃娃要先将头发盘好,身子用锡纸包裹,头部用保鲜袋套住,这样更卫生; 5.在裙摆下分别安上小三角锥型,是为了让裙子撑起来更漂亮,也可以用蛋糕体做; 6.圆片尽量擀著大一些,这样你就能用整张圆片为裙摆,虽然难度大,但会更好看一些; 7.裙摆上装饰可以自己随意设计,这次我用了出国刚买回来的新模具,觉得用它装饰在裙上有点厚,不过这样更立体
