步骤
1首先去超市挑一块漂亮的五花肉

2切成麻将块,用冷水泡一会,再煮开撇去血沫

5备好各种配料,如果喜欢吃辣可以适量加点辣椒和花椒

6锅中加少量清水,融化适量冰糖,加入五花肉炒至上色,加清水,再加入酱油,料酒,葱姜等配料,水开后加入鸡蛋,小火炖煮约两个小时

7待肉软烂之后开大火,加入适量盐调味,并加入少量冰糖上色,收汁后即可出锅
