小技巧
1、鸡翅可以整个蒸了再剁。。。。偷懒的话,先剁吧。。。 2、鸡翅先用料酒腌制,去腥味,腌制的汤汁倒掉,再加新鲜的料酒少许清水少许,隔水蒸 3、浇汁,用蒸鸡翅的汤汁、葱油、盐熬制,葱油多点哈 4、鸡翅凉了,浇上热乎乎的葱油鸡汤汁。。。啧啧。。。哈哈
