眉豆 50克, 粘米粉 60克, 玉米淀粉 20克, 水 200克, 盐 5克, 糖 15克, 胡椒粉 少许, 葱花· 适量
步骤
1眉豆提前泡六个小时

2泡过后的眉豆,加3-5倍分量的水慢火煲一小时至软(期间要不停留意水是否烧干,如烧干但还没煮软则需加水继续煮),煮软后沥干水备用

3粘米粉、玉米淀粉及100克水混合并搅拌均匀

4小火加热成熟粉浆

5熟粉浆加入100毫升水、糖、盐、胡椒粉,并搅拌至无大颗粒粉浆

6热锅后转小火,炒香热芝麻,捞出备用

7热锅,放少量油,爆香眉豆及葱花

8把眉豆、葱花加入粉浆中拌匀

9倒入碟中,厚度为1厘米左右即可(喜欢厚的可以倒多点粉浆,这个分量大概可以做三份直径为10公分的碟)

10放入锅中,小火蒸约5-8分钟
