New York Cream cheese cake

原料

粗粮饼干: 120g, 黄油: 60g, cream cheese: 400G, 糖: 120g, sour cream: 200g, heavy cream 鲜奶油: 150G, 鸡蛋: 2个, 玉米粉: 2大勺, 香草精: 1.5大勺, 柠檬: 1/4个, raspberry: 200G, 糖: 40g

步骤

1饼干压碎与融化的黄油搅拌铺底

2依序搅拌cream cheese和糖,加入cour crwam 搅拌,加入heavy cream 搅拌, 加入鸡蛋搅拌,加入玉米粉搅拌,加入香草精,柠檬汁搅拌,入模具。

3如模具为活底,在模具外加锡纸防进水,放入一托盘,放入热水,烤箱180度烤30min,后150度烤30min,

4烤箱静置1小时,拿出放凉后冰箱冷藏6小时。脱模具。

5覆盆子酱,200g raspberry➕40g糖盖保鲜膜进微波炉加热4分钟。拿出过滤,细化成酱
