8要打到很硬的奶油状才行,筷子立在里面不会倒

9把打发的蛋清加到调好的面糊里,注意⚠手法要上下翻动,不能顺时针或逆时针那样搅拌

10电饭锅底部倒一点油加热几分钟,之后把混合物全部倒进去

11如果有蛋糕选项就选择蛋糕,没有的话蒸饭也可以,等待一下,倒扣出来,等冷却了之后再切

小技巧
打发蛋清时,先把蛋清打出泡沫再加入白糖
