1大碗盛100克面粉,中碗盛50G面粉,小碗是铺了一层酵母粉的温水

2将大碗装的100G面粉加温水搓成面团,放在温暖处发酵一个多小时,膨胀至两倍左右,这就是水皮了

3用20G油加40G面粉搓成油面团(这个我忘了拍下来了),这就是油皮了

8反复三四次后,切小件,搓圆,压扁,在一面撒上芝麻
