步骤
1处理好的鲫鱼,拉斜刀,用适量的盐和料酒腌制15分钟;

2生姜切丝,蒜瓣切片,青蒜切段,青椒切小块,干辣椒切小段;

3锅内倒入适量的食用油,烧七八成热,鲫鱼用厨房纸吸干水分,放油锅里俩面炸下,然后放姜蒜、干辣椒,倒入生抽、少许老抽调色,半包料酒和少许的白糖和鸡精,大火煮开,改小火;
