1锅里加水烧开.

4称取红糖25g.可以根据自己喜好适量加减

5水烧开后加入燕麦.边煮边搅拌.

6一直煮.大概20分钟.将水煮干.燕麦变的很粘稠.用勺子舀一点燕麦尝一下是否完全熟.

7煮熟的燕麦口感应是绵软的.

8关火.加入红糖搅拌均匀.

9分装到碗里.左边这一碗是加了一小勺抹茶粉.

10抹茶粉大概加3g就1/4勺的量(一人份) 入燕麦里.趁着燕麦还是热的.抓紧搅拌均匀. 抹茶粉是在美国德成行买的.一点点就很浓的抹茶味.

11加入适量牛奶.牛奶用的是Alta dena的全脂牛奶. 漫过燕麦就够了.
