小技巧
我喜欢带嚼劲的口感,喜欢烂一点的可以多炖一会儿。由于调味料里含有大量盐,所以最后加盐要根据自己的口味适量加一点。个人觉得豆瓣酱烧的味道比蒜蓉辣椒酱要好
