土豆: 适量, 清水: 适量, 精盐: 适量, 油: 适量, 番茄酱: 适量
步骤
1将土豆洗净去皮,切筷子厚的片~

2再切成筷子粗细均匀的条状(两头的棱角去掉,以免烤时先糊掉)~

3放进水盆里,多洗几遍去去淀粉,在水盆里泡一会~

4锅内放适量清水,加少许盐,将水煮开~

5待水煮开时,放进土豆条(水要漫过土豆条)煮2分钟~

6将煮好的土豆条放进凉水盆中,过一下凉水~

7捞出装盘,控干水分备用~

8将控干水分的土豆条放入盆中,倒入少许油,搅拌均匀~

9将烤箱预热230°,3分钟,烤盘铺好油纸,表面刷一层油(防止粘连)~
