Vegetable Gyudon

原料

Beef Slices: 160g, Onion, 顺纹切丝: 100g, 魔芋丝, 切短: 100g, Carrot,切薄片: 30g, King Oyster Mushroom: 50g, Okra, 切块: 3 只, Broth: , Dashi: 1/4 tsp powder + 150ml 水, Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp, Sugar: 2 tbsp, Sake: 1 tbsp, Mirin: 1 tbsp, 姜,切细丝: 10 g, For serving: , 白饭: , pickled ginger:

步骤

1魔芋丝切短,洋葱顺纹切丝,胡萝卜切薄片,秋葵切到bite-size pieces。蘑菇分为小块。

2In pan, 混合dashi stock 150ml, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sake, and 1 tbsp mirin. 加入姜丝。 开中小火的同时,加入魔芋丝和除秋葵外的蔬菜。煮到胡罗卜软。

3加入牛肉。至变色。加入秋葵。

4饭上,依次放上蔬菜和肉,并加入一些汤,最后加pickled ginger。
