肉桂麦片粥配奶油焦糖无花果Cinnamon porridge with caramel figs and cream

原料

燕麦片: 200g, 肉桂粉: 1/4小勺, 黄油: 50g, 黄糖: 115g, 奶油: 300ml, 无花果: 6个 切半, 牛奶,厚奶油: 食用时

步骤

1燕麦,一升(四杯)水和肉桂粉中火加热搅拌约5分钟直到粘稠顺滑,置于一边。

2平底锅融合黄油,加约2大勺黄糖,搅拌至融化,拌入奶油,煮沸,炖5分钟,到稍稍粘稠。

3无花果放入烤盘,撒上剩余黄糖,烤至糖融化。

4碗内舀入燕麦粥,浇上一些牛奶,放上无花果和焦糖酱。再放上一大团厚奶油。
