小技巧
海茸筋有种海腥味,我们可以在泡发后先焯一下水,我在炒制的时候加了生姜和一点料酒,最后点了点香油可以掩盖其腥味,大家还可以尝试加入豆瓣酱或者辣椒酱,应该也很好吃。
