原料

荠菜: 适量, 猪肉: 适量, 冬笋: 适量, 大蒜头: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 糖: 适量, 生粉: 适量

步骤

1荠菜 洗净 猪肉 切丝 放生粉1勺 大蒜2瓣 生抽1勺 腌制 冬笋 一切四

2锅内 放入水 待水开 放入 冬笋 小火 煮沸 取出冬笋 晾凉冬笋 切丝

3热锅 冷油 倒入肉丝 翻炒 肉丝发白 盛出待用

4锅内放入荠菜翻炒 略微瘪掉点 放入肉丝 冬笋丝 少量水 1勺生抽 煮沸 调味 出锅

小技巧

冬笋先用热水煮一下 是为了笋丝在菜翻炒时 笋丝不易断裂
