原料
山药: 5009, 腊肉: 300g, 干辣椒段: 自己喜好, 青椒: 适量, 红椒: 适量, 蒜苗: 一条, 花生油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 鸡精: 适量
步骤
1山药斜刀切片!(可以用清水泡一会,免得变黑了)

2准备好调味料!

3腊肉先蒸熟备用!

4热锅里放入花生油倒入干辣椒,青红椒和蒜苗煸炒出香味!

5倒入山药一起翻炒!(可以放小勺热水焖两分钟)炒到山药八分熟!

6倒入腊肉一起翻炒,放入适量的生抽和盐(盐最好是用少量的热水融化了倒入锅中)继续翻炒到山药完全熟了,放入鸡精调味即可!(生抽不能放多,不然就体现不出山药的洁白之美)!
