原料

鱿鱼: 1只, 糖: 适量, 盐: 适量, 芹菜: 400g, 蒸鱼豉油(或 生抽): 适量, 料酒: 勺, 腐竹: 2根, 黑木耳: 10朵, 白胡椒粉: 适量

步骤

1芹菜 去根 洗净 切成4cm段 鱿鱼 泡发好 洗净 切丝 开水汆烫一下 腐竹 泡发 切成3cm段 黑木耳 泡发 洗净

2热锅 冷油 油热 倒入水发鱿鱼丝 加1汤匙料酒、半小勺 白胡椒粉 ,翻炒

3盛出 待用

4热锅 冷油 油热 加入 芹菜煸炒 芹菜略瘪 加半小碗水 加入 去水的黑木耳、腐竹段 加1汤匙 蒸鱼豉油 加适量盐糖 调味 小火焖煮

5待 芹菜熟脆 倒入 水发鱿鱼丝 翻炒均匀

6出锅装盆
