2柚子皮切小块,开水泡10分钟

3捞起柚子皮挤干,再用清水浸泡一个晚上,第二天再捞起挤干净水分,来回清洗挤压(主要为了过滤苦涩的味道)

4水中加入适量生姜两片,排骨洗干净焯水,捞出沥干水分
