1仔姜洗净晾干

7取出搅肉机,独蒜,指天椒放入搅肉机里,大概二十秒就OK。

8搅至这个程度就好了。不过感蒜细了点了。

9将切好了仔姜放入大容器中,加入搅好的蒜和指天椒,加入盐,倒入适量的白酒,拌匀

10将拌匀的辣仔姜装瓶
