原料
鲫鱼: 1000g, 咸菜(疙瘩头): 500g, 黄豆(泡发好的): 500g, 葱,姜,蒜,八角: 适量, 红烧酱油,六月鲜豆瓣酱,耗油,盐,白糖,醋,面粉: 适量
步骤
1买回来的新鲜鲫鱼,刮鳞,去除内脏和鱼鳃,洗净之后,放到阳光充足的地方晒两个小时直到鱼皮稍微褶皱(独家秘方)

2准备少量干面粉

3把鲫鱼均匀裹上面粉

4锅里倒入适量油,小火,把鱼煎到两面金黄即可
