1原料:大枣、红皮花生、面粉、玉米面

2将大枣和花生洗净后用清水浸泡。我用的大枣是干的,所以用水泡一下

小技巧
花生要提前泡一下,再去蒸,会比较面,牙口不好的老人也适宜食用。大枣是干的,用水浸泡一下,会比较好切。
