1鲜贝洗净,去除沙线,沥干水

4把以上材料放碗中,加料酒、白胡椒粉、盐、生粉拌匀

5鸭蛋2个加料酒、盐、白胡椒粉打匀

6坐锅(建议用平底锅)热油,油七分热时转中小火倒入拌好的鲜贝

7煎一会倒入一半蛋液(我是一次性全部加入的,所以蛋液溢出,有些蛋上没有菜,这步不能省)

8煎好翻面,再把一半蛋液倒入,煎熟即可出锅
