缸豆: 5、6根, 墨鱼滑: 适量, 大蒜: 2、3瓣, 虾籽: 适量, 蒸鱼豉油: 适量, 糖: 适量

步骤

1墨鱼滑 去冰 大蒜 去皮 切蒜蓉

2缸豆 洗净 去两头 盐水滚煮 5分钟 断生变色

3墨鱼滑 搓成丸子 包裹上缸豆 用牙签定型

4用蒸锅 蒸煮5、6分钟

5热锅冷油 油了 放入蒜蓉 爆香 倒入1汤匙蒸鱼豉油 加3汤匙水 少量盐糖 调味

6从蒸锅中 取出墨鱼丸缸豆卷 淋上调味汁 点缀上 即食虾籽 即可
